The expressways in downtown Milwaukee are undergoing reconstruction. The expressways are all staying open during construction, but there may be some delays due to lane shifts or lane closures. The State of Wisconsin has a website that gives construction details and updates: www.mchange.org.
From The North: Take 1-43 South. Exit freeway at North Avenue straight ahead to Halyard Street to 6th Street. Turn left on McKinley Avenue to Water Street and make a right turn on Water Street. Go four blocks to Kilbourn Avenue and turn right. Enter The Milwaukee Center parking located on the left.
From The South: Take I-94/I-43 heading north. Continue onto I-43 Northbound and take the Kilbourn Avenue exit ramp. Continue onto West Kilbourn Avenue over the bridge. Enter the Milwaukee Center parking structure located on your right.
From The West: Take I-94 east to I-794. Take the Civic Center, James Lovell exit ramp. Continue onto North James Lovell Street and make a right onto West Wells Street to Water Street and make a left turn on Water Street. Make a left turn on Kilbourn Avenue. Enter the Milwaukee Center parking structure located on your left.
Our offices are in the 25 story red brick building on the south side of Kilbourn Avenue. This is the Milwaukee Center - self-park entrance is about the middle of the complex (The Wyndham Hotel on the corner). When you enter the ground floor rotunda from the parking area, proceed to the Office Building entrance, take the first bank elevators up to the 8th Floor.
